Keep it Simple Stupid ! is the method we adopt with the use of barcode scanning and radio / batch terminal use. The operator may only need to scan a label on the item being produced and that’s it. No more filling out forms, no more job sheets, suddenly they are free from `paperwork`.

We can also reduce the need for operator training by the use of simple instructions on a terminal or by illuminating a lamp under the items to be used from the shelf, known as pick by light.
