Let us take our tertiary filter control software typified by our projects with Tetra :-
Once our engineers had been given a breakdown of how the filter process should work, the main core of the software was designed to implement the necessary timing routines and steps to trigger the start and end of each stage of the process.

Once the core had been developed and proven, our standard driver routines could then be linked into the software and called as required, dependent on the client’s specific application. By the use of a configuration file, it is possible to switch these drivers on or off as required

Number of feed pumps.
Number of backwash pumps.
Number of backwash air blowers.
Number of filters on the plant,
Are variable or fixed speed pumps fitted.
Number of sludge pumps.
